Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heavy duty, but no data on max. size of steel pipe Good value for money, lighter and easier to use then my previouse bender (thanks to slimmer guides), which I was using for 12+ years and broke while attempting to bend 15 mm light steel pipe. Manufacturers should be a bit more specific about types of steel pipes possible to bend with this tool, as it can be costly mistake if snap under heavy load.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not just for Plumbers Bought this as my wife wanted some curtain rail poles for a bay window, ie single bent pipe. Given the prices she was seeing in the shops I thought it was worth a go at making them myself. This tool was easy to use.I practiced on some plain copper pipe first and had no problems with either 15mm and 22mm before moving on to some chromed pipes. All bent with no problems and there was no rippling. The bag for the guides is very handy as it means they stay with the tool - and won't get lost and theres space for 2 more guides.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Handy Bendy Pipey Comes with all parts needed to bend 15 and 22 mm copper pipe. No ripples, no kinks, no stuck spring. Pretty easy to form multiple bends, wish I'd bought one sooner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Value pipe bender I have a good pipe bender but it is still in storage after my house move so needed something to help my bathroom rebuild. This was actually surprisingly good. The zipper bag for the "formers" is a great idea. Ensuring they are always to hand. The 15mm former which was the only one I needed for this job is a little thinner than my other one and hence not capable which means replacements will need to sourced. It may also bend over time but for the guy or gal who needs one if these once in a while a great purchase..
